The Martin Group is a fast-paced creative agency that is in growth mode, as evidenced by TMG being named one of “Western New York’s Top Private Companies,” “Western New York’s Most Admired Companies” and the “Fast Track Companies of Western New York in 2014” by Buffalo Business First. We’re expanding in both our Buffalo and Rochester offices and are looking for a creative leader to help manage and continue that growth.

Candidate must have:
- Killer art direction and design chops
- Strong conceptual ability
- Excellent supervisory/leadership/mentoring skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- Confidence presenting creative and interacting with clients and internal team alike
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment with service business demands
- Strong persuasive skills
- An understanding that the goal of our creative is to change the way people think
- Experience leading a creative team
