Morgan Hartman’s Internship Experience at TMG – The Martin Group

During my final semester as a Visual Communication Design major at Nazareth College, I had the opportunity to intern with The Martin Group at the Victor location. It was truly a wonderful and educational experience. I am so grateful for the time the TMG team took out of their work days to offer creative advice or to teach me even the simplest of things. Focusing on two main design/concepting projects during my time with TMG helped to not only hone my skills within the Adobe programs, but to also appreciate the design process as a whole. Being introduced to more quick keys, using different Photoshop tools, working within a professional creative atmosphere, and focusing on the importance of concepting are just some of the positive elements I am able to take away from this internship experience. Because of TMG, I am so excited to become a part of a design and marketing agency someday.
