Real branding agencies wear pink.

Our Clients Support The Fight Against Breast Cancer

TMG’s clients support the fight against breast cancer.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) Month and TMG is proud to work with clients that support the fight against a cancer that, when detected early, has one of the highest survival rates.

ECMC has always stressed the importance of getting screened. This year, many of their ads have focused on the ECMC Foundation’s Mobile Mammography Unit (MMU) which helps women and doctors detect breast cancer earlier by bringing preventive and diagnostic care to women across Western New York – from the heart of downtown Buffalo to rural towns throughout the region. Over the last four years, the MMU has screened more than 10,000 patients.

New Era Cap does its part to raise awareness on a wide scale through their “pink” BCA gear. As part of an awareness campaign in conjunction with the NFL and the American Cancer Society, coaches and players wear special New Era BCA caps on the sidelines. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. TMG helped produce the print (retail and in-stadium) and digital collateral for the promotion.

Buffalo Medical Group (BMG) focuses on cancer care in their ad for the Buffalo Spree Medical Resource Guide, in which many vendors featured cancer-related subjects. BMG’s primary visual depicts a screening and the ad details the compassionate approach BMG’s oncology department executes when detecting and treating cancer. Also for the month, BMG’s social media outreach dedicated its “Women’s Wellness Wednesday” to BCA topics and tips.
