10 Years at The Martin Group: Andrea Elliott

10 Years at The Martin Group: Andrea Elliott – The Martin Group

Time flies, or so they say. It’s been 10 whole years since Andrea Elliott joined our team. To celebrate, we asked—and she answered—a few questions about her experience at The Martin Group.

TMG: Congratulations on 10 years at TMG! What is your favorite part about working at The Martin Group?

AE: My favorite part about working at TMG is definitely the people. The talent here runs deep and I love being able to work with and learn from so many folks across different departments and expertise.

TMG: What does your client work typically look like?

AE: A typical day for me is pretty multifaceted, often involving a mix of creative development, project management, interpreting client feedback, and of course a healthy dose of emails and video calls.

TMG: Do you have any favorite projects that come to mind throughout your tenure here?

AE: One of my most memorable projects was working on the environmental branding at Oishei Children’s Hospital. It was such a unique opportunity to have twelve floors as a blank canvas to create a warm and inviting space for the countless families entering through their doors. It was a huge undertaking as I was solely responsible for concepting, art directing, and coordinating the production and installation of all the environmental graphics throughout the entire hospital but it was a something that I could take full ownership of and I am so happy with how I was able to cohesively brand the space and bring the floor themes to life.

TMG: If you weren’t a creative, is there another department you think you’d love working in?

AE: My mad organization skills and obsessive attention to detail would probably lend itself well to a role in project management with the creative operations team.

TMG: What’s your favorite thing to do outside of The Martin Group?

AE: As any working parent knows, most of my time outside of work is usually consumed by my two kiddos. When I do find a free moment, I enjoy immersing myself in a home renovation or DIY project.

TMG: Anything you’re most excited about that’s coming up?

AE: My ten-year anniversary also marks an exciting shift in my role at TMG. I will now be dedicated solely to our Wegmans creative account providing an additional level of management, guidance, and mentorship to that creative team. I was actually part of the team that first secured this key client for TMG so this feels like a full circle moment for sure.

TMG: Any other thoughts you’d like to add?

AE: I am just thankful for the personal growth and friendships I have built at TMG over the last 10 years!
