A better newsletter.

A better newsletter. – The Martin Group

Seneca_newsletter_blog

With so much happening at Seneca Resorts & Casinos, it can be a challenge for patrons and players to keep up. Luckily, the recently revised format of the Seneca newsletter provides a comprehensive guide in a convenient monthly package. Previously a tri-fold mailer, the newsletter is now a 12-page booklet that consolidates special offers, promotional details and the latest news in one place. By incorporating variable data in its production, the newsletters cater to Seneca clients more specifically, offering food vouchers, concert tickets and other incentives in accordance with their level of play. Each Seneca Casino has its own newsletter, with property-specific details, that TMG designs each month. We’re pleased that the efficient format is saving money by reducing redundant mailings and enhancing communication between the casinos and their clientele.
