Working closely with new Kaleida Health President and CEO Jody Lomeo, TMG was charged with rebranding the vast healthcare organization. Noting the outstanding and compassionate quality of care of Kaleida’s facilities—which include Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, DeGraff Memorial Hospital, Gates Vascular Institute and Buffalo General Medical Center—TMG devised a comprehensive campaign that would focus on their specialty services as well as spotlight positive patient experiences. Television, radio, print, digital and outdoor advertising were utilized to communicate the message to all of Western New York that at Kaleida Health “taking care of you, is what we do.”
