To raise awareness for Nineteen North, First Amherst Development Group’s new, luxury apartment building, TMG had to create a brand with the same high degree of sophistication.
Like the structure itself, that meant building from the ground up. TMG began by creating a fresh logo and tagline, then moved to the development of a new microsite. Our challenge was to provide a source of information about the building itself, while also highlighting its modern splendor, luxurious amenities and exciting location in the heart of downtown Buffalo. Utilizing elegant lifestyle shots and a sleek design, we gave prospective tenants a delightful taste of the life they could have, while they digested the specifics they would need to make a decision—such as rent information and unit floor plans. To create buzz for the new building, our team also created eye-catching fence signage to be displayed during the construction process.
