Molly Lennon

Project Supervisor

Known for her highly organized and detailed approach to planning—and her undying love for completed to-do lists—Molly sees project management less like a job and more as a way of life. Molly has honed her skills in a variety of roles for higher education institutions such as the University of Maryland College Park, American University, and the George Washington University. At The Martin Group, Molly applies her expertise to managing the numerous client requests and internal projects our teams work on. She is also instrumental in training our departments on our project management software and continuously optimizing our processes. When she’s not perfecting the art of project management, Molly can be found cooking, reading, or serenading her family on their karaoke nights.
