Michael Greiner - The Martin Group

As a digital developer at Mr. Smith, Michael works at the intersection of UX/UI design and front-end development—taking projects from concept to production for clients like Delaware North, 43North Foundation, Creamy Creation, Sandhill Investment Management, and Battin Eyecare. Previously, Michael worked at a local full-service digital agency where he played a key role in establishing the company’s UX department and shaping its processes and standards from scratch. He also led UX efforts across client engagements, including discovery and wireframing in addition to high-fidelity prototypes and build-ready specs. A WWII history enthusiast and children’s book creator, Michael loves spending his free time with his family cooking, making things, exploring the outdoors, and having dance parties with his daughter.
