Digital Media Manager

Full-Time Position (Remote, Buffalo, Rochester, Albany or New York office)

The Martin Groupa premier integrated communications firm is looking to hire a Digital Media Manager. Responsibilities include development and implementation of media plans, negotiation and implementation of media schedules, new business initiatives, billing/reconciliation and quality control measures for a variety of clients in multiple business categories.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

  • Minimum 2 years of related media buying and/or planning experience
  • Strong experience in paid digital media including search, social and display is required
  • Experience with traditional media buying including media research, analysis and vendor negotiation is helpful, but not a requirement
  • Previous experience in Strata and/or Advantage is preferred, but not required
  • Strong interdepartmental and client-facing communication skills
  • Superior analytics, multi-tasking and organization skills are a must
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google Docs

We offer a competitive base compensation and benefits package including medical, dental and 401K.

Salary Range: $50,000-65,000
