Data Analyst – The Martin Group

The Martin Group, a premier integrated communications firm headquartered in Buffalo, NY with an office located in Victor, NY is looking to hire a Data Analyst for our Buffalo office. Join our enthusiastic, growing team and help our clients understand business and market trends in order to increase the effectiveness of their marketing.


As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Using data to understand business patterns and trends
  • Analyzing internal and external data through quantitative research
  • Communicating findings to the agency and clients through standard and ad hoc reports
  • Promoting best practices in data analysis and reporting
  • Internal and external education efforts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
  • Familiarity or certification in online analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in language suitable for a less experienced audience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
