TMG Rochester is Looking for a Senior Account Executive – The Martin Group

The Martin Group, a premier advertising, branding and public relations firm headquartered in downtown Buffalo, NY with a boutique creative office located in Victor, NY, is hiring a Senior Account Executive to manage all Rochester-based clients.

Senior Account Executive:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining day-to-day client projects, from concept through delivery including strategy, brief writing, estimating and budget planning, scheduling, execution, tracking and reporting.

The Senior Account Executive works to understand the vision and objectives of client projects and communicates this vision to the project team. Depending upon the scope of each project, the Senior Account Executive works with creative, production, interactive, media, and PR to facilitate project adherence to client standards and campaign strategies, and works with operations and accounting to facilitate billing.

Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication or relatable field with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience
Strong initiative and commitment to clients relationships and project management
Candidate must be entrepreneurial with a desire for business growth
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
Experienced in estimating, budgeting, billing and proposal writing
Experienced in multi-channel project management including strategy, creative, digital, production, PR, and media
Detail oriented with a can-do attitude
Ability to respond promptly to immediate client needs and requests
Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams and team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms such as Webvantage
Multi-site agency experience is a plus
