Senior Media Planner/Buyer

Full-Time Position (Buffalo or Rochester office)

The Martin Group – WNY’s leading branding & marketing communications agency – is seeking to fill a Senior Media Planner/Buyer position. Responsibilities include development and implementation of media plans, negotiation and implementation of media schedules, new business initiatives, billing and reconciliation for a variety of clients in multiple business categories.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related media buying and/or planning experience
  • Strong experience in paid digital media including search, social and display is required
  • Experience with traditional media buying including media research, analysis and vendor negotiation is helpful, but not a requirement
  • Previous experience in Strata and/or Advantage is preferred, but not required
  • Strong interdepartmental and client-facing communication skills
  • Superior analytics, multi-tasking and organization skills are a must
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google Docs
  • Located in either Buffalo, NY or Rochester, NY
