As an agency, we take great pleasure in partnering with thriving companies that just need the right brand to take their success to the next level. Such was the case when we had the opportunity to work with Clover Management, a premier property management company in Western New York and beyond.

Our Brand Fuel process kicked off with in-depth research. We discovered that customers were happy with Clover overall, but they didn’t realize the full extent of properties or services that the company had to offer. As a solution, we proposed a new branding hierarchy, with Clover Group connecting the numerous divisions within the company. After a thorough logo exploration, we landed on an identity that offered a modern, artistic evolution of Clover’s existing mark.


With the refreshed brand in place, we set our sights on bringing it to life through a new Clover Group website. Based on our research, we focused the message around the affordable luxury and sense of community you’ll find at every Clover property, especially at their senior living apartments. Knowing we were talking to a wide range of audiences—from seniors to business owners—we made sure to balance our sophisticated design with a functional user experience.


Other features of the website include:

  • A geo-targeted homepage slider that shows apartment properties based on the visitor’s location
  • Video tours of Clover’s senior living apartments
  • A responsive design that provides a consistent experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
  • A content management system (CMS) that allows Clover to edit or add properties as needed

It didn’t take long for the team at Clover to feel right at home with their new identity and website. And we’re excited to see what’s in store for our client now that they have a brand befitting of their impressive organization.
