You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, designing and producing a wide range of specialized graphic material while managing a variety of projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic material while managing a variety of projects
- Ensures a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports internal and clients’ brands, visual identity, legal guidelines and messaging.
- Ensures consistency in packaging mechanicals for clients brand while assisting with layout options, color usage, and Photoshop work.
- Reviews and prepares Art Director files and examines them for consistency, alignment with brand standards, color management, and printer specifications.
- Attends and actively participates in meetings with team once project has been assigned
- Collaborates closely with the Studio Supervisor, Art Directors and other Graphic Designers to determine the layout and visual appearance of projects are accurately being met.
- Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts
- Keeps tracks of assigned hours & enters timesheets accurately and on time.
- Works closely with Art Director/Studio Supervisor on more complex Ad resizes, packaging native files, executing campaigns across multiple platforms, mechanicalizing print files
- Purchases stock photography and cuts a purchase order
- Major to minor Image retouching, clipping paths, and art manipulation.
Secondary Responsibility:
- Remains current on industry trends and technology
- Coordinates with outside vendors, as necessary
Skills and Abilities:
- Can stay organized and multitask between multiple jobs
- Ability to keep up with fast paced work flow while staying on schedule and budget
- Must be team oriented and comfortable working closely with others.
- Communicates effectively in person, via email, and via the telephone
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Collaborates effectively internally and cross departmentally to reach Agency objectives
- Solid knowledge of printing processes and prepress procedures, and knows when to ask for help.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design—or related field—or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3 years experience that demonstrates a clear knowledge of print production and design preferred
Salary Range: $60-80K
